Service Description
Baseball or Softball. All hitting sessions are one hour and include the following: * HitTrax Analytics is used to record real-time hitting metrics, including exit ball velocity, distance of hit, launch angle, spray charts, and more. * Specialized Hitting Drills customized to each player to refine timing, mechanics, muscle memory, and power. * Video swing evaluation. Frame-by-frame analyses showing key motion metrics during live (live arm or machine) pitching. Students can compare to pro hitters to see a clear mental picture of what success looks like. * Power Development. Train to deliver the bat to the ball on time with ballistic force. ALL HITTRAX sessions, metrics, and video analyses are available for students to review via the phone app.
Cancellation Policy
Session cancelation or schedule changes require 24-hour advance notice. Students should wear indoor workout clothes and shoes. Students must bring their own bat (wood or metal) and batting helmet. Students MUST have a NEW LEVEL 360 waiver on file signed by parent(s).
